Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") govern the use of the SaaS services provided by Linsible Technologies Pvt Ltd ("Provider") to its customers ("Customer"). By accessing or using the Provider's SaaS services, the Customer agrees to be bound by this Agreement.

Definitions

• SaaS services refer to the software-as-a-service solutions provided by Linsible Technologies Pvt Ltd to the Customer.
• Customer Data means any data, information, or content provided by the Customer or its users through the use of the SaaS services.

License and Use

• Linsible Technologies Pvt Ltd grants the Customer a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the SaaS services solely for the Customer's internal business operations.
• The Customer agrees not to sell, resell, rent, or lease the SaaS services or any portion thereof, or use them for any unauthorized or illegal purposes.
• Linsible Technologies Pvt Ltd retains all rights, title, and interest in the SaaS services, including any intellectual property rights associated with them.

Payment and Subscription

• The Customer shall pay the fees specified by Linsible Technologies Pvt Ltd for the use of the SaaS services. Payment terms and renewal conditions shall be outlined in the pricing plan or subscription agreement.
• Failure to pay the fees may result in the suspension or termination of the SaaS services.

Data Privacy and Security

• Linsible Technologies Pvt Ltd will implement reasonable measures to protect the security and confidentiality of Customer Data. However, Linsible Technologies Pvt Ltd does not guarantee the complete security of Customer Data.
• The Customer shall ensure that it has the necessary rights to provide the Customer Data to Linsible Technologies Pvt Ltd and that the use of the Customer Data complies with applicable laws and regulations.

Support and Maintenance

• Linsible Technologies Pvt Ltd shall provide reasonable technical support and maintenance for the SaaS services.
• The Customer acknowledges that certain disruptions or downtime may occur due to maintenance, upgrades, or other factors, and Linsible Technologies Pvt Ltd shall not be liable for any resulting damages.

Limitation of Liability

• Linsible Technologies Pvt Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of the SaaS services.
• The total liability of Linsible Technologies Pvt Ltd for any claim arising from this Agreement shall not exceed the total fees paid by the Customer for the SaaS services during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Termination

• Either party may terminate this Agreement for convenience by providing written notice to the other party.
• Linsible Technologies Pvt Ltd may suspend or terminate the SaaS services immediately upon any violation of this Agreement by the Customer.
• Upon termination, the Customer's access to the SaaS services and Customer Data may be disabled, and Linsible Technologies Pvt Ltd may delete the Customer Data.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction]. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or related to this Agreement shall be brought exclusively in the courts of [Jurisdiction].

Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between Linsible Technologies Pvt Ltd and the Customer concerning the subject matter hereof and supersedes any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.

By accessing or using Linsible Technologies Pvt Ltd's SaaS services, the Customer acknowledges that they have read and understood this Agreement.
